Default I can't listen to internet radio anymore

I've been listening to marketplace.org, an internet radio
show, for years. Lately, my computer that is running win98
SE has not been able to listen to internet radio. When I
try to listen to Marketplace.org, instead of a media player,
I get a message box:

Some files can harm your computer. If the file information
below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the
source, do not open or save this file.

File name: audio.php
File type: Broderbund Quick Prints Type
From: marketplace.publicradio.org

-------------
If I click "Open", I get the error message:
Windows cannot find PS10.exe
This program is needed for opening files of type
"broderbund Quick Prints Type'

I click "Cancel"

Then I get an error message box with the caption
"C:\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.ie5\XVWTDTT4\audio[1].php", and the message
says

Access to the specified device, path, or file is
denied.

--------------------
So how come I need to open up a Broderbund Quick Prints
type? And how come this doesn't happen on any of the other
machines I use to listen to Marketplace? I've been
listening to Marketplace for years on the Win98 machine -
this is a fairly recent problem.

I can't remember where I go to check what executables are
association with what file types. Possibly that is the
problem?

Margaret,

Do you, or have you had, Printshop 10 installed on your computer?

Mmm - I've just been to that site for the first time today. I get the same problem - and that's on Windows XP. Other radio websites work fine.

Try deleteing your cookies as one may be corupt. In Internet explorer,
Goto Tools, internet options, general tab and then temporary internet
files and then delete cookies.

Another good test is to determine if this happens with other audio
files and not just this site.

Find other internet radio stations at http://www.live-radio.com
