Default IE error reporting

I have looked at all the information I can find, but I do
not see this one. I am getting the "Explorer error report
thing" over and over. The report says the error is
AppName: iexplore.exe, AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106, but the
ModName is msvcrt.dll. How do I work around this?
