My father purchases a Packard Bell computer model number
7950C a few years ago. It came with windows 98 already
loaded. They did not give him any disc's or cd's. He must
of pressed something by accident , and now the computer
wants him to accept the microsoft agreement again and put
in the Product Identification Number which we do not
have. Any suggestions on how we can obtain this number or
bi-pass this .
Thank you ,
Murray

If Win98 can be run in safe mode, get it from the Registry with
Regedit.exe
The key is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion
The value is ProductKey
