unwanted computer warning

afterI have tried to close down computer, a large grey
message appears from WIN 95 RPC Wmsg Window and says this
program not responding, you may wait, cancel, or shut down
program. I will noy allow me to shut down until I choose
what to do. This has nener happened before . How do I
fix this? HELP!

Remove WebHancer, Gator, and Web 3000 Network
from ADD/REMOVE in control panel.....these are among the
causes. MSN 4.5 has been known to cause this (Probably the

Update your anti-virus app and then run a full-system virus scan.

Check Control Panel Add\Remove Programs for Gator, Webhancer, Web 3000, Delfin, or
Promulgate, and uninstall them if found.

Install Ad-Aware 6 free edition, start it, click its 'Check for Updates' link in the
app to install updates, then use it to scan your system, and remove what it finds.
