WINDOWS 98 installed on top of Win95 accidentally
My girlfriend install a startup version of win98 on a computer that already was running win95. The computer will not boot without emergency disk now and then I have config.sys file(EMM386.EXE) and config.sys file(HIMEM.SYS) missing.What do I Do and How?

Faults in c:\windows\himem.sys may be the single commonest source of boot failure -- cured quickest by ensuring there is a copy on your (write-protected) boot floppy, then just copyiing it to c:\windows. 2.
