Default Security in Windows Me

I was just wondering, how secure is Windows Me. Does it have a Windows
Firewall like XP. On my Me computer, I have been getting worms on my
computer. My new anti-virus program is Trend Micro, and its been a great help
(better than Norton Anti-virus 2005). Should I download a firewall, and if so
which is the best firewall for a Windows Me computer that shares a wireless
network with a XP notebook? Got any ideas?
