IDE Hard Drive Cache Update for W98SE
After downloading this update I can no longer burn CD's. I keep getting "
Buffer Underrun error" This happens a few seconds into the burn. After this the CD burner tray will then not open. The CD burner light and the HDD light are blinking in sequence together. Can anyone please help.

Uninstall the update. Why did you install it in the first place? It is an optional
