Default DHTML Problem

On a few Windows 98 machines, when running a Web application which builds a
set of records to be displayed , a pop-up appears with the caption "Install
on Demand (Internet Explorer)" and displays a message '...you need to
download and install the following components Dynamic HTML Data Binding.
The pop-up has Download and Cancel buttons. Selecting Download causes a
progress bar to flash by and then never displays the data. This happens
every time. The problem machines are fully up to date with IE 6 and all MS
updates and clean and well maintained. The IE versions and the version of
wininet.dll are identical to a working machine. It appears that the DHTML
component never installs. (Most of the computers on the site run XP and
none have ever had this problem, so I suspect it may relate to some system
file in 98. )

I'm looking for info. re. the component file actually is or any ideas on a
solution.
Thanks.

Default DHTML Problem

Disable install on demand via IE's advanced tab. It may be erroneous.
