Default netman.dll not located

Writing to indicate that recent upgrade for messenger indicates that it could
not locate above extension.

Where can one obtain this file? Thanks

netman.dll is not part of the Win Me operating system but more normally
found in NT based systems such as Win2K and XP. If the application you
are installing requires this file then it should be included with the
application. Make sure you are not trying to install an application
intended only for use on NT based system. Note that MSN Messenger 7 has
three versions, make sure you are trying to install the version intended
for use with Win Me and Win 98 and not one of those intended for Win2K or
XP.
