Locked down 98
I'm trying to maintain an old 64MB system. It seems to be locked out of
Admin. mode. I make changes, reboot, and it's back the way it was. Is there a file or a setting that could do this? Thanks, Chuck Strangers are just friends you have yet to get to know.
