HELPPPPPP!!!!!!

Error Message:
The USERENV.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL
RtlDosPathNameToNtPathName_U.

I was off to see the wizard, but figured someone here could help.

Thanks in advance!

It looks as if you have tried to install an application intended for use
with XP on Win Me. Uninstall and try installing a Win me compatible
version of the app.

More information please. How far back did you attempt to restore? What
happened? Was the checkpoint created prior to your latest software
install? If not try using an older checkpoint provided that it is not
more than say 5-7 days old.
