Default Explorer brings up network share at startup

Hi,

I have a peer-to-peer network with Me and 98se. When I reboot
the Me machine, an explorer window appears with my network share
on the 98 machine. This only happens on the Me machine. What
really gets me is if I hold shift while logging on, the share
doesn't show. This led me to believe that there is something
loading at startup that brings up the window but sure is not in
the startup folder or in the all users startup folder (there's
nothing in that one) because if I disable those thru msconfig and
log on without holding shift, the window still appears. I have
gone through every network setting I can think of and tried
various combinations with no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas. TIA.

Dave

That's a bit hard, most stupid things it does are related to the keyboard
operator. g

Run msconfig, click the Startup tab, and un-check any item that refers
to the 98 machine or that has a blank or invalid command.
