Default Windows ME joining two subnets.

Greetings,
Is there a way that a windows ME machine is able to join two subnets
as in 192.168.100.36 and 192.168.0.36? If so, how?

Thank you for your time and help.

Those IP addresses are in different subnets if the subnet mask is
255.255.255.0. But they're in the same subnet if the subnet mask is
255.255.0.0. So, if the two subnets are on the same physical network,
setting the subnet mask to 255.255.0.0 can give access to both of
them.

Are the two subnets on different physical networks? If so, install
two network adapters and connect one to each network.
