Default ERROR IN MY DOCUMENTS

Can anyone please help! When I open my documents I keep
getting an error message (Explorer as caused an error in
KERNELL 32.DLL explorer will now close)This happends a few
seconds after opning my documents and then closes. whats
going on, also I'v found I can not re-store my system.
