SHLWAPI.Dll not found. IE6 update on Win98 appears to have wiped t

I have a win98 system which was running fine till couple of days back when we
had IE6 and windows updates on it.

Anyway, now it pops up a message that "A required .DLL files
C:\windows\system\shlwapi.dll was not found". If you click ok through it you
get a message stating "Resinstall Windows..."

Please advise how this could be resolved. I appreciate it.

Try reinstalling Windows over the current instalation, SHLWAPI.DLL was
deleted or may be corrupted.
