.DLL file
Ok I have a icon maker file on my computer and when I try to open it it has
this error: "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found." My OS is win98 SE. -- Need a FREE Anti-Virus Software GO TO: www.avast.com

This should have been supplied with the utility you installed. It can be
