Default Repairing Windows ME

After start up I get an error message as follows Rundll32 has caused an error
in kernnell32.DLL. I also got an error message that Acrord32 has caused an
error in AGM.DLL. How can I fix or repair these missing or corrupted files.

The Acrord32 file is from the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may want to remove
and reinstall it. Also, the latest version is 6.02.
