Computer will not shut off
My computer will not go past the opening screen, and will
not turn off even if I hit the power button. What is the problem, and how can I resolve this. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Computer will not shut off
Do a ctrl-alt-del and see if explorer.exe is shown as running. If it is
