Any ideas why desktop themes icon in control panel won't

I just checked my Control Panel and found no such icon. Was this a Windows

Desktop themes
Uninstall and then reinstall Win Me's themes.
Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup. Uncheck Desktop Themes, OK and Apply. Then return and reinstall Desktop Themes. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP Brightie wrote: Any ideas why desktop themes icon in control panel won't open?
