Default Bad command on clean installation

Are you referring to the correct drive when using the command ?
Note that the CD-ROM drive letter is incremented by one (to allow for the
RAM drive created by a Win ME boot floppy), so if you normally would type
D:\setup.exe to access the CD drive, then you need to use E:\setup.exe.
