Default Help for web pages not loading fully

I've used iWon prize machine for a long time but now the banners won't show
up so I can click on them so I can proceed to my alloted 50 pulls on their
slot machine...Where the banners use to be is just blank now..I've turned off
all popup blockers. Unistalled popup blockers. Unistalled firewalls,
antivirius...Uninstalled iWon prize machine and reinstalled it...Nothing
works...I use to use the prize machine everyday with the 50 pulls trying to
win the (big money)..lol.....This all started happened about 3 months
ago....Can any of you computer wiz's help me...Might sound silly to some but
it's free and I might just win the big bucks..lol....I use Windows ME
