missing file

when i download a file it is saved as a "JPEG" file, but
when i go to open the file my system says that it is
missing a file "PRPGRAM.EXE"

PRPGRAM.EXE is not a Windows file and no meaningful hits on Google either.
Are you sure you've got the spelling correct?
If you have not already done so, I would suggest you check your system for
viruses, trojans, spyware and other nasties.
