Default any patches availble for daylight savings time?

I know Win9X is no longer supported by MicroSoft, so I never bothered to
look at their site. Are there any patches available for the new Daylight
Savings times so the "Automatcially adjust clock for daylight savings
time" option will work properly under the new rules?
