Whole Taskbar is on Left Side of Desktop

My whole taskbar is stuck over on the left side from top to bottom. I tried
to click and drag but the taskbar is still there. How do I get the whole
taskbar back down across the bottom of the screen? Thanks

As I told you in the other thread:

Left click on it and drag it back where it belongs.

You seem to have been told this twice already but if you have trouble,
then ensure you are grabbing it by an unused part, drag it to the
bottom and let go.
