Fatal Exception Error

Hi !! I hope that someone is able to give me some
direction, advice or just plain HELP !!! I have had some
MAJOR probs with my computer and went to MAJORGEEKS.COM
and was directed to this page, although I was not able to
find my error # and that is why I am writing here now.

The fatal exception error that I am getting reads as
follows:

Fatal Exception has occured @ 0028: CO2A27A8 in VXD VWIN32
(05) + 000012D0 .. can anyone tell me that EXACTLY this
means and what I can do from preventing it from happening
if possible please ??

You have a hardware issue, video driver or modem. Update the drivers for
both. If the problem continues please refer your question to a general
discussion group for your operating system.
