Default runtime error 432 when i turn computer on (windows 98se)

I get a box with runtime error 432 everytime i turn my computer on running
windows 98se. does anyone know how to keep this popping up.

Can you supply a bit more of the message?

Have you tried troubleshooting with Msconfig, disabling a few items
until you find the cause?
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
