I was waiting for Brian A. to do it. He asked you to post that! I see
Richards now has responded to it. Also, take each program mentioned in
your list (ending ".exe") to one of those sites.

You will have to learn to be patient, especially when those that help =
here do not work for MS and do it voluntarily. As well please keep to =
the same thread so others won't have to search for the post and what's =
been suggested/attempted to resolve your problem. By leaving a thread =
and posting as you did here is a good way to get ignored.

MVP Alan Edwards has responded to your original thread which mentions =
the removal of hijackers.

You will find my response there as well.

I don't believe there is a need to be rude. If i want to
post another message I am more than welcome to do so. If
you have a problem with that, that's your problem. Keep it
that way.

In no way, shape or form was I being rude. If that's the way you perceived it I'm
sorry. Go ahead and post away without the facts. If someone offers help that's great,
although I wouldn't hold my breath waiting.

Good luck.

He wasn't being rude, just stating the facts, ma'am. We have no idea what your SN
helper troubles are, without searching out your previous post. With hundreds of new
posts every day, we cannot go searching for your previous question. That is why it
is important to stay in the same thread, rather than start a new one.

There are ways to offer a user tips without sounding
pompous. Point noted.

I'm pretty sure he made more than one point. Anyway, I was just about to
go search each of your .exe's, when I noticed others had taken care of
it. Good luck, then!

There was nothing pompous about it. It was a simple explanation you chose to
perceive in a different manner. I'm sorry you see it the way you do and it's obvious
I can't change that, as they say "To each their own".

Anyone who would help you should have his or her head examined. Talk about
being rude--look in the mirror lady.
