Possible virus emails from MS
I've received a bunch of "Latest Updates" emails in my
Bulk folder, apparently from Microsoft (the emails sure look authentic). They come with .exe attachments that are supposedly the latest patches and security updates from Microsoft. But when I scan for viruses before downloading, i find the W32.Swen.A@mm virus. And I've gotten about nine of these emails, almost identical. Are you guys actually sending me Windows security updates, or are these mailicious? My email addres is wrathguitar @ yahoo.ca. (I've posted here before with my email address showing.) |
