Default CD Backups

Hi,
How do I make the Ballon in the lower left appear to inform me there are
files to be copies to the CD.

This used to happen, but now it doesn't. How do I set this back up.

Windows 98 never did this. Perhaps you are running Windows XP, and need to
ask this in a Windows XP forum?
