no words / writing for the folders

Is there a solution for windows explorer?

She said when she opens windows explorer and clicks the plus signs there are
no words / writing for the folders. Only icons.

Have you a solution?

Tell her to select VIEW on the Windows Explorer menu bar and select
Details. Then VIEW again and select Folder Options then the VIEW
tab. Here check "show all files" . Uncheck "Hide file extensions".
Then click on
"Like current folder" then OK.
