Missing Client for Microsoft Network

Default Missing Client for Microsoft Network

Every time i install the client for microsoft network,
then reboot the windows logon prompt comes up, not the
network logon prompt, then when i go to network
properties and the primary network logon has changed back
to windows logon, and the client for microsoft neworks is
no longer installed
