Ddhelp.exe & Gdi.exe cause general page fault while opening msn.co
Problem began while in msn.com; friend logged in for her email. While
logging out, the message below came up and I continually receive this message when attempting to open msn.com. [NOTE: This ONLY happens while opening msn.com, not on any other search engine!] MESSAGE IN WHITE BOX: DDHELP caused a general protection fault in module GDI.EXE at 0001:00001bef. Try installing the latest version of Directx. The files you mention are all

The errors are definitely directx related. The only thing I can think of is

The only thing I can suggest is a corrupt cache; especially considering the
