fatal error OE

hi
i run Windows 98SE with all the patches and update.
from some days i have this kind of problem:
when i try to switch of my PC always the switching procedure is ok but
finally i have a blue screen with:

irreversible error OE 0028:000FFFFB

and i need to switch manually the computer,
how can i solve this prpblem?

It appears you are getting a fatal exception 0E error at shutdown. Have a look here
