Default Program list in Task Manager - Win 2000

Hello,

I know this is a 98 newsgroup but can't find one for 2000. If not appropriate here, is there another newsgroup where I should post this?

For anyone familiar with Win2000... I can't hear any flash videos online. MP3, etc., online are fine, and no problem with any audio files on my computer. Videos on youtube, for example, are just fine but can't hear the audio.

2nd question... This is a screen capture from Task manager just after the PC is powered on and all AVG has updated and settled in. Which of these programs could I remove? And do any look suspicious?

Thanks in advance.
