Default IExplore has caused an error in Kernel32.dll IExplore will now cl

I get this error message while I am in yahoo or hot mail and if I am in ebay.
Will shut down any of these 3 web pages if I get, IExplore has caused an
error in Kernel32.dll IExplore will now close if I get this in any of the
web pages. Don't know what started this to happen, just waant to know how to
search and destroy what ever it is that is making this happen. Thanks
