Default vnetsup.vxd,vredir.vxd, dfs.vxd files - SYSTEM INI

My friend's stand alone w98se pc upon boot up is showing :
'Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run Windows or a Windows
application.
The Windows Registry or SYSTEM.INI. refers to this device file but device
no longer wxists. If you delete this file on purpose, try uninstalling the
associated applicaton using its uninstall or setup prog. If you still want to
use the application associated with this device file, try re-installing the
appplication to replace the missing file.

1/ vnetsup.vxd, press a key to continue
2/ vredir.vxd
3/ dfs.vxd, press any key.

After hitting the last 'ENTER' KEY, this another error message occurs/appears
Windows Networking - "Unable to load the dynamic ;onl library msp32.dll. The
system cannot find the file specified.some of the features is not available
MICROSOFT nETWORK"

There is an 'ok' box for you to click and it will go to desktop.

Here is the SYSTEM.INI. file and which line shall he delete to get rid of
the above 1/2/3 error.

(msp32.dll is probably msnp32.dll)
It seems that network system files were removed, but information remained
in system.ini. I recommend you to reinstall system files by using following
package, where updated versions are used:
