Can no write question in newsgroups

I click and double click on "question" and the message window does not
appear..except in rare cases,like now..Is it software or in the clicking
technique?..Thank you

Hi,
The web interface to newsgroups can be slow to open windows. Are you waiting
long enough? That new message window is opened via a javascript. Do you have
a pop-up blocker or other security-type program blocking java scripts?

Putting *.microsoft.com in Trusted Sites may help.
From Internet Options Security Trusted Sites Sites uncheck "Require
server verification (https for all sites" then add *.microsoft.com to
this zone.
