OSA
Just recently when trying to launch Office from "New
Office Document" in start menu, nothing happens. Using CTRLALTDEL the list indicates that the "osa is not responding". What is OSA and what keeps it from responding? This also happened when downloading a pdf file. |

OSA is the "Office Startup Assistant" that is supposed to speed up the launching of Microsoft Office applications. I consider it to be totally dispensable and always remove it from the Startup group when I am cleaning up a system. Ron Martell Duncan B.C.
