How can I setup a windows 98 computer to access a Windows XP computer. The
network is a peer to peer

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on both computers. It will make all the
necessary settings to enable file sharing:

XP ICS - Starting the Network Setup Wizard
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/...rksetupwiz.htm

On each computer, right-click and share the desired folders.

View the other computer's shared folders in My Network Places or
Network Neighborhood, or access the other computer directly by typing
its name in the Start | Run box in this format:

\\computer
