your flash version?
Are you using a version of flash greater than v10?
I'm using 10.0.45 in W98 but notice, increasingly websites are requiring v11, eg: http://ustre.am/11bdx Can flash v11.1 (latest I care to use) be installed? Work ok? |

Are you using a version of flash greater than v10? On this particular win-98 system, I have flash version 11.6.602.171. I'm using 10.0.45 in W98 but notice, increasingly websites are requiring v11, eg: http://ustre.am/11bdx I'll check that out later, because this computer is currently very busy downloading the entire Star Wars saga (6 blue-ray disks) from 8 file lockers at the combined rate of about 800 kbytes/sec. This is about 10 gb per movie. I'm using jdownloader for this task. Can flash v11.1 (latest I care to use) be installed? Work ok? Yes, the version of flash that I have (see above) works just fine. You need to install KernelEx for flash version 11.x to work on win-98. I've written plenty of "how to" posts here in this newsgroup over the past year regarding how to install Flash v.11 on win-98 - they aren't hard to find... |

Searching these posts for "flash" in subject and body found nothing on how to install v11 flash. Is there a website with posts farther back? Wondering where your posts are! TA |
