Susupd running in the background

The hourglass behind my mouse pointer won't go away, until
I shut down the program "Sysupd" using the End Task
fuction with Ctrl Alt Del window. What is Sysupd? And
how can I fix this problem?

Overview
TSCash.sysupd is according to Pest Patrol a dialer program developed by a
german company TSCash GmbH and related to the following domains: tscash.de,
tscash.com and inet-cash.de.
TSCash.sysupd is mentioned on some security forums where its removal is
recommended
Uninstall procedure
Uninstall TSCash.sysupd from "Add/Remove Programs" in the Windows® Control
Panel.

Adaware and/or SpyBot will remove this and other (expletive deleted) that you
have on your system, it was installed during your browsing around one of its
