Default Error Message on Bootup...

Hello,

I see this 'error' message on bootup: 'Cannot set the code
page(s) in WINDOWS.SYS'. And System Restore ceases to
function when triggered, at about mid-point on the
progress bar so I use ALT|CTRL|DEL to stop it's operation.
A reboot reveals it 'cannot restore'.
Help appreciated.
Ben.
