Default Pics open in IE instead of Picture viewer

All of a sudden my pictures are being opened in IE as a
small thumbnail-type view instead of being opened in the
Windows Picture and fax viewer. How can I put it back?

Why don't you do yourself a favor and get this: Irfanview: A very good
freeware graphics viewer: http://www.irfanview.com/
