Default browser returns blank pages

i can connect to the internet but ie5 , netscape and firefox all return blank
pages, i checked with my cable company & they said i am pinging and they can
see my computer. running win98se, everything used to work fine til i tried
sharing my printer over a wireless connection, i am not running any software
firewall, using ca antivirus program, all other programs work fine?? tried
reinstall win98 updated winsock.dll its got me nuts
