Default windows ME

I have an Net Vista 2254 (IBM). I dont have the
installation CDs anymore. I do have my product code for
my copy of windows ME. So do I have to buy another copy
or is there somewhere I could get a copy like on a
download.

Win ME cannot legally be downloaded from anywhere
You need to go to IBM and ask if they can provide you with a replacement CD
(assuming the PC shipped with ME on it) - they should only charge handling
costs, but....
