WNASPI32.DLL MISSING
You can download a copy of Ahead's version of the aspi layer from their ftp
site (ftp://ftp.nero.com/NeroAspiEn.exe). Alternatively Win Me's crude native aspi layer consists of the following three files, all dated 8 Jun 2000: WNASPI32.DLL WINASPI.DLL APIX.VXD Adaptec's "proper" ASPI layer contains the above three files plus ASPIENUM.VXD. You can extract new copy of the Microsoft version of these three files from the Win Me cab set. Wnaspi32.dll and winaspi.dll are contained in WIN_16.CAB of the Win Me cab set and apix.vxd in WIN_20.CAB and can be restored using MSConfig | General | Extract File ... and following the prompts. The "cab" files are in the Win9x folder on the Win Me CD and/or in a sub-folder of Windows\Options. See MS KB129605 - "HOW TO: Extract Original Compressed Windows Files" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=129605). Wnaspi32.dll and winaspi.dll belong in your windows\system folder and apix.vxd in the windows\system\iosubsys folder. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP paco wrote: WELL THE THING IS THAT WHEN I TRY USE NERO I GET THIS ERROR MESS SAYING THAT WNASPI32.DLL IS MISSING AND THAT CAUSE OF THAT I CAN ONLY RECORD AN IMAGE CD, PLEASE HELP ANY ONE IN FIXING THIS PROBLEM.
