You'd need to check with WordPerfect support or on their Web site to see if
they offer a WordPerfect viewer.

Richard,
As the OP mentioned, his wps files are from Works. WordPerfect files tend to
be wpd.

I am afraid I have never heard of a Works viewer.
Please try a Works group and mention the version as all .wps files are
not read by all versions of Works (or many other programs)

Hmmmmmmmm... Richard...with the utmost respect...

Files with .wps extension are normally Works files.
Files with .wpd extension are normally WordPerfect files.

Quite an echo in here Alan, but that's to be expected given the distances
involved. :-)

Yes Mike.
Sorry, I missed your response before I answered as it was 6 minutes
before mine and it probably takes that long to get down under through
my 2T1S connection.

Alan,

I wasn't getting at you but rather noting that being on opposite sides of the
globe we both posted a similar reply to Richard. As for your 2T1S connection,
I often find that I reply to a post where no-one else has responded but then
when I return to the group I find someone had posted a reply up to 15 or more
minutes earlier. That despite a reasonably fast always on connection and
checking for new messages every 5 minutes whilst using OE. Not a problem of
course but would save the readers from having to see yet another of my posts.
:-)

Cheers from a warm and sunny London,

Hi Mike,

I didn't think you were getting at me.
I am used to answering after others occasionally. I don't have a set
time for checking in Agent, so it depends how quickly I get through my
40+ groups after I download all new headers. It can be half an hour
sometimes and I don't always get around to downloading new messages
until finished.

Regards from a cool and only a little bit sunny Winter's day in
Tasmania.
(The fire is alight tonight, so it is warm inside)
