Default How to remove Windows login?

Running Windows 98...how can I completely remove a windows login that appears
when I boot the machine up? It is not a network login, it is only a windows
login. I have been able to set the password to (nothing), but I can't figure
out a way to remove the login alltogether. Thanks in advance,

Joe
