dvdrgn.exe

Hi

I'm travelling without benefit of Windows CDs. Had problem with DVD
player (margi - DVD to Go) and reinstalled it using Dell download.
Thought I was doing the smart thing but am of course quizzed to insert
the Win98 CD which I don't have -

The file I'm choking on is dvdrgn.exe - I've seen lots of mentions
about where to find it on the win98 CD (drivers17.cab apparently) but
can anyone tell me where I might find a download online?
