USB CD-ROM support

I have a USB CD-ROM that I want to use with a Dell Inspiron 3800
notebook. Windows98 apparently doesn't support USB CD-ROM devices out
of the box. How can I get drivers for this thing?

If the manufacturer of the CDROM drive doesn't make Windows 98 drivers
available then there is no way to make it happen.

When the manufacturer doesn't provide drivers for w98, you could try
generic drivers for dos. have a look at
http://www.stefan2000.com/darkehorse/PC/DOS/Drivers/USB
